About Me
Viswanathan Ramachandran is a postdoctoral fellow at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, EECS, Division of Information Science and Engineering since 2023. He completed his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India in 2020. His research interests are in information theory and communications, particularly in multi-terminal settings, with applications in wireless and optical domains. During 2021-2022, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He was a recipient of the Naik and Rastogi Award for Excellence in Ph.D. research from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2021, and also the Marie-Curie individual postdoctoral fellowship 2022 from the European Commission.
